大切な人たち

　自分が元気でまっとうにやっていることを喜んでくれる人がいることは、一番幸せな事です。

　母＝おばあちゃん（８４歳）です。
最近とみに可愛くなってきました。
お願いですから、ただただ長生きしてください。

2016年6月23日、98歳で永眠いたしました。
老人性肺炎のほかは特に山芋なく、苦痛もなく、ただただ眠るように静かに息を引き取りました。
4ヶ月かけてゆっくりと別れを告げることができたのは、家族にとってはありがたかったです。

　ボビー・マクファーリンが旧約聖書のダヴィデの歌（詩編２３番）をもとに母に捧げた"The 23rd Psalm"を聞くといつも思い出します。（"Medicine Music"収録）

THE 23rd PSALM

1. The Lord is my Shepherd, I have all l need,
 She makes me lie down in green meadows,
 Beside the still waters, She will lead.

2. She restores my soul, She rights my wrongs,
 She leads me in a path of good things,

弟とその娘（いわゆる姪っ子)の青波ちゃん

我が弟ながら、なかなかステディーな男です。
青波ちゃんはとてもクリアな女の子で、これからどんな風に生きていくのか、とても楽しみです。

ご近所大宴会のメンバー
ギャラリー・クラヌキの八木光惠さんと、同じマンションの映像作家の奥村惠美子さん。二人とも何とも素晴らしい人たちです。知り合って日は浅いのですが、とても大切な人たち。

　最後の職場となった財団で、２年間僕の片腕（右？いや左かな？）をやってくれた澤田薫さん。クレバーで柔軟な対応力を持った素敵な女性。いろいろあるでしょうが、がんばってください。
